Life is actually full of trivial matters; one has to endure hardships to make a living, staying busy day and night, facing punishment for any violations of rules, forced to bow and scrape almost to the point of kneeling: unable to rest during the day or sleep at night. At the leader’s command, they immediately show up; they suffer hardships all year long, labor laws are completely ignored, they become exhausted both physically and mentally and cry in secret, while endless meetings are held over trivial matters. Facing inspections is exhausting; the salary isn’t high and one still has to pay taxes. Visiting relatives and friends costs money as well. Running away from home means failing one’s elders. Only by going through it can one understand the reality – workers have no social status at all…………
