Night shifts are tough, night shifts are exhausting – you just can’t sleep during them! As soon as it crosses zero, the head feels heavy, one is dazed and unsteady. After three o’clock, my mind wanders, and I slump in the chair like a lump of fat. In the dead of night, all is silent; even the fall of a needle can be heard. Occasionally, some sound arises, startingleing one instantly! Rubbing my sleepy eyes, it’s already past six o’clock. I get ready, relax a bit, and head off after work! ,,,,, Which master could help improve my humorous poem? Describe how to get through the night shift.

Get up in the middle of the night, sleep in the morning; working is like being part of a guerrilla force. A year’s worth of vacation time and public holidays is essentially void. Day and night, year after year, the shift work leaves one physically and mentally exhausted!
