What are the steps for operating a flush level gauge?
The general steps for flushing a level gauge are: (1) Open the drain valve of the level gauge, so that the steam connection pipe, the water connection pipe, and the level gauge itself are all flushed by steam and water. (2) Close the water connection valve of the level gauge to allow the steam connection pipe and the level gauge itself to be flushed by steam. (3) Open the water connection valve of the water level gauge and close the steam connection valve, so that the water connection pipe is flushed with water. (4) Open the steam connection valve and close the drain valve; once the flushing is complete, restore normal operation of the water level gauge.
The method for flushing a water level gauge is as follows: 1. Open the flushing valve and close the water supply valve; once a loud steam flow sound is heard, close the steam valve； 2. Turn on the water supply; once a loud flow sound is heard, turn off the water valve ； 3. Close the flushing valve, then slowly open the water supply valve to let water flow in ； 4. Open the steam valve; the flushing is complete.
