The chemical-type MTBE process refers to a manufacturing method for MTBE in which isobutylene in the mixed C4 fraction is almost completely reacted; after etherification, the C4 fraction can be used as a raw material for producing high-purity 1-butene or methylethyl ketone ； Secondly, by decomposing the MTBE product, isobutylene with a high purity of 99.9% can be obtained for use as a chemical monomer.
