The vapor from the top of the tower goes directly to the condenser; generally, there are no valves! .
If the pipeline is not severely corroded, valves are generally not required.
Some top tower systems have it, while others do not.

What is the purpose of installing a butterfly valve?
Behind it is an air compressor that controls the pressure at the top of the tower.
Normal safety valves are sufficient, unless there is a special purpose; moreover, the outlet pipe diameter can sometimes be quite large – so what size valve do you need to use?
