Please help recommend a high-quality sealing filler for instrument cable glands

There is a pipe for the temperature sensing instrument wire on the side of the compressor bearing housing; sealant is inserted into this pipe to prevent oil leakage, but this approach is not very effective – over time, lubricating oil starts to seep out through the instrument wire. I would appreciate it if someone could recommend a more effective sealing compound for use inside such instrument wires, or if there are any better solutions. I’m seeking advice to ensure reliable operation over a long period of time
Simple filling glue does not give good results; it is recommended to apply glue to cotton cloth and wrap it around the instrument wires to secure them in place.

This method still results in leaks; that’s how our units are operated.
Of course, this cannot guarantee 100% leak-free performance, and it also depends on the level of care put into it.
We modified one of the instrument outlet pipelines in our unit that was prone to oil leakage by making the pipeline rise upward for a certain distance, above the level of the bearing oil; this worked very well, though it doesn’t look very aesthetic
