I. Bushing 1) The inner diameter of the bushing exceeds the specified maximum value, that is, the shaft diameter plus the maximum allowable clearance of the bearing; 2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is below the minimum specified value, and rolling the surface does not ensure compliance with the quality requirements ; 3) When the shaft sleeve is burned or seized to the shaft. II. Split bearings 1) When the bearing alloy is severely worn and its thickness has decreased by more than 1/2 ; 2) When the bearing alloy layer peels off and shows severe cracking, covering more than 1/3 of the area ; 3) The bearing alloy layer is severely burned out ; 4) When the contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120°, or when it is not possible to adjust the contact angle by scraping the bearing surface, or when the lateral clearance is too large to be adjusted. III. Thin-walled tiles 1) Bearing alloy layer melted ; 2) The bearing alloy layer is severely worn and damaged by galling, making it impossible to tighten it using shims ; 3) When the bearing alloy layer peels off or cracks ; 4) The wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe, but it cannot be guaranteed during the maintenance interval ; 5) If the bearing alloy layer is worn, the bearing needs to be tightened using shims; however, this is applicable only when the thickness of the shims exceeds 0.5 mm. IV. Thrust Bearings 1) When the thrust pads are severely worn, with their thickness reduced by more than 1/2 ; 2) When the thrust bearing pads melt ; 3) Thrust pad delamination and cracking.
