Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Line Management: 1) For specific market segments, clearly define the positioning of existing products; by making rational use of these products, meet market demands to the greatest extent possible while minimizing internal resource usage, thereby achieving commercial benefits. 2) Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends, develop long-term plans for the product line, define the positioning and performance-cost requirements for new products, and keep track of the product development progress. 3) Conduct evaluations of new products and lead external evaluations of them. 4) Responsible for the organization, production, display, and training of sales tools, samples, and product materials. 2. Product technical support: 1) By taking into account specific market segments and customer requirements, effective and high-quality solution development is carried out based on the product, including the confirmation of formulations, processes, and performance. 2) Provide technical services such as product usage guidance, and handle customer complaints related to product technology in a timely and effective manner. 3. Project Management: 1) Develop technical service projects tailored to the needs of key customers, specific market segments, or regional markets, and manage these projects to ensure that customer and market requirements are met to the greatest extent possible given available resources; meanwhile, keep relevant parties informed of progress and outcomes. 2) Provide recommendations regarding institutional processes and personnel, in order to better meet customer and market demands. Qualifications: 1. Relevant majors such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or polymer science. 2. More than 5 years of work experience in the relevant industry. 3. Master the formulation and application knowledge of water-based coatings, and/or adhesives, and/or printing pastes, and/or textile coatings. Have one’s own judgment regarding the development of related markets ； Proficient English speaking, listening, and writing skills ； Willing to learn*, and has the habit of learning*, accumulating knowledge, and reflecting*. 4. Those with knowledge or experience in water-based resin synthesis are preferred ； Those with team management experience are preferred ； Experience or knowledge in project management is preferred. 5. Willing and skilled at sharing and imparting experience, with a strong result-oriented mindset and a customer-centric approach. Possesses excellent internal and external communication skills, and is adept at using tools such as Office to prepare high-quality reports and PPTs. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner and achieve results, while responding promptly and flexibly to unexpected situations. Capable of dealing with complex or contradictory situations and making judgments. Those who are willing to undertake frequent business trips are preferred; those with a certain level of business awareness are given priority. Salary: Over 200,000 RMB per year. Location: Shanghai.
