Our factory uses fluidized bed granulation; large particles are crushed by crushers into smaller particles, which are then used as seeds in the granulator. Does anyone know what the specific functions of the upper and lower rollers in a crusher are?
The upper roller crushes the large particles into 1/2 size. The lower roller then crushes that 1/2 size further into seed crystals; both rollers are adjustable
The upper roller is responsible for crushing, while the lower roller is responsible for peeling.
What is the function of roll peeling? I don’t understand
