This post was last edited by zxb1990 on 2016-10-9 at 22:04. Close your eyes, stretch out your arms to maintain balance, and stand in the lotus position. How many seconds can you hold this position? If it’s more than nine seconds, it means you’re still young; I can hold it for over fifty seconds, and on good days I can last a little over a minute.
After reading this post and giving it a try, standing there for a minute or so was no problem. :lol
Forgot to mention it – the arms need to be spread open
However, you must be quite young, under thirty-five, right?
