Dear experts, I’m dealing with powdered starch (with a diameter of 75μm–150μm, a bulk density of 700 kg/m3, and a temperature of around 100 degrees Celsius). The processing capacity is 5 tons per hour, and I want to reduce the temperature to room temperature, which is 30 degrees Celsius. Several options have been considered: 1. A vacuum feeder that lifts the material about 8 meters. I wonder if the cooling effect is good? 2. It is not clear whether this type of cooler requires regular cleaning, and its cooling efficiency is uncertain. 3. The modified linear multi-layer vibrating conveyor features a dual-cooling system; water pipes are installed beneath the bottom plate of the material being conveyed, while air currents flow above the material. The effect won’t be very good; using air as a cooling source is not as effective as using water.
