Negative pressure in the atmospheric pressure tower

The hydrogenation unit has just started operating, and the pressure at the top of the atmospheric tower is negative (instrument issues have been ruled out). What could be the causes of this?
Was the vent not opened after steam purging? Then the negative pressure caused by liquefaction
It’s not this; it’s a phenomenon that occurs after work starts
Check the pressure gauge on site to confirm whether its readings are accurate
In the normal normal-top process, there is a route leading to the pressure-controlled vent valve, which is not open
