No new moderators were added this month; active users from some sections are under consideration for moderation roles. 3. There were 3 management staff members this month, with a total of 5 staff members holding management positions, including those with no management responsibilities. 5. The fertilizer area and the synthetic ammonia area still lack moderators. Please, the moderators of each forum area should pay close attention to the applications submitted for moderator positions in their respective areas, and contact me promptly! 6. Most sections are performing well and have made progress. It should be noted here that the management of the three sections – sulfur and sulfur wastewater treatment, gas purification forum, and synthetic ammonia process forum – needs to be improved; in some of these sections, the dividing lines for management are located on the second page. 7. Weekly topic activities for next month: Gasification will continue to be handled by WLP1970, coking by angryant, the methanol section by TH373637, the purification section by Yishou Feiyang, the sulfur section by haichuan*aomay, coal-to-oil by jordan569, and coal-to-natural gas by readytogo. Appropriate moderators will be recruited for the fertilizer section and the ammonia synthesis section in November. The above-mentioned individuals are all moderators who have performed excellently in their respective sections; some of them have even received the honor of Outstanding Moderator on multiple occasions. It is hoped that they will live up to expectations and carry out the weekly topic activities successfully. 8.
