Increase the nitrogen valve on the separation tank slightly; it’s possible that the amount of nitrogen is too low, causing the online monitoring device to be affected by external factors. After increasing the nitrogen flow, the CO levels did not decrease. If we rule out the possibility of problems with the sensors, then caution is needed – it’s possible that there are cracks in the burner coil causing air leakage.
The burner has been removed, and visible cracks are present at the end connection port :)

It seems from what the original poster said that it’s not the end face of the burner; rather, it’s likely the weld area at the head of the burner where the cooling water flows. The poster mentioned that there are visible cracks in this area, and it seems like those cracks were caused by removing the burner.
