What is the typical salary for a safety and environmental manager in a chemical plant? Let’s all talk about it

It depends on the company – in general, private companies offer around 5,000+ per month, better companies pay 8,000+; while top foreign-funded companies can provide up to 15,000+
We don’t have a full-time safety officer here; safety is part of production management, and the cost is 6,000 per month+

Depending on the region and the company, it would be more accurate to ask what salary level the head of safety and environmental protection corresponds to in terms of the salary levels of those in administrative or technical management positions within the company. What I have always advocated is that the salary level of the safety and environment manager should be equivalent to that of a deputy administrative or technical manager at the same rank; as for the head of safety and environment, their salary should be equivalent to that of a deputy administrative manager in a workshop or department
The safety supervisors at several chemical companies I’ve worked with don’t earn very high salaries; their monthly pay is around 5,000 or so. Of course, as the year comes to an end, their year-end bonuses are uncertain.
