Urgent! ! ! Recently, at the alkylation plant where my friend works, in less than half a month since production started, more than 5,000 tons of raw materials were used. About 3,500 tons of isooctane were sold, while only around 700 tons of liquefied petroleum gas for domestic use were sold (with over 300 tons being sold and the remaining 300 tons going into the raw material tanks). Is this production level abnormal? Moreover, the production team is unable to provide a clear explanation for this, nor can they account for the whereabouts of the missing amount of liquefied petroleum gas for domestic use. I hope an expert can tell me where the problem lies Is there a possibility of fraud regarding the actual amount of raw materials fed into the device?

For spherical tanks, water cut is carried out at the end of each shift; the accuracy of the flow meters used for measurement, the amount of material stored in the entire system, the accuracy of the load cells, the possibility of products being stolen when sold externally, as well as the material found at the bottom of the tanks under normal pressure (the space below the level indicated by the measuring gauge)…… At the beginning of operation of such a system, the most important aspect to pay attention to is storage and transportation – it is necessary to ensure proper control both in terms of raw materials entering the facility and products leaving it.
