If a DCS has a clock synchronization server, how can it send clock synchronization signals to other systems (such as ITCC)? Is it through communication or wired connection? How exactly is the wiring done and how is it configured? If the DCS does not have a dedicated clock synchronization server, how can this be achieved? Also, if it is a direct connection between DCS and SIS, and the SIS has a higher safety level, should clock synchronization be provided by the SIS to the DCS or other systems?
