When the load is low or the power supply conditions in a region are difficult, secondary loads can be powered by dedicated overhead lines or cables of 6 kV or higher from the primary circuit. When overhead lines are used, they can supply power to a single circuit ； When cable lines are used, a power supply system consisting of two cables should be employed, with each cable being capable of handling 100% of the secondary load.
