I have not worked on low-temperature systems before. Could anyone tell me what the steps are for installing new low-temperature storage tanks and the corresponding pipelines? Is it water flushing, purging, displacement, and then pre-cooling? Also, how should one write a plan for putting a low-temperature system into operation? Please help; it would be great to have the operation plans for low-temperature systems from other companies as a reference. Thank you
