Questions about Q345D material?

There is a container that requires Q345D as specified in GB6479-2013, but the manufacturer was unable to obtain it. The manufacturer said they have acquired Q345D that meets the GB 9948-2013 standard. After checking some websites of steel pipe manufacturers, it is indeed true that they sell Q345D in accordance with the GB 9948-2013 standard. However, upon reviewing GB 9948-2013, I couldn’t find any mention of Q345D. I would like to ask fellow experts: what’s going on here?
In GB150.2, the standard for Q345D is GB/T8163; is Q345D also specified in GB6479-2013?

GB6479-2013 includes Q345B~Q345E
I remember during the training. The teacher said that only materials specified in standard GB 6479-2000 can be used.
GB8163 and GB6479 include the grade Q345D, while standard GB9948 does not have the grade Q345D.
Only GB6479-2013 is allowed. GB9948 does not list this material.
