I need to purchase an online oxygen purity analyzer for laboratory use. The medium pressure should be between 0.3 and 1.0 MPa (G), the temperature should be at room temperature, the flow rate should be around 500 SCCM, the oxygen purity should be between 90% and 99.9%, with a precision requirement of ±0.1%.
