Due to gas balance issues, our company now requires that the diesel hydrocracking reactors use fuel oil as fuel (they are equipped with fuel oil nozzles at design time). It is recommended to use gas instead; it does not meet environmental standards, it can easily cause clogging of the burner, and it is more difficult to operate. The reaction temperature requirements for hydrorefining are also high, making it unsuitable for fuel oil
The nitrogen oxide levels in the exhaust gases from oil burning are certainly not within acceptable limits, but since environmental regulations do not require this yet, using oil for heating is not a problem for the time being.

Our device is designed in accordance with National Standard IV requirements. Since these standards have not been made mandatory, diesel meeting National Standard III standards is actually used; as a result, both the reaction temperature and the temperature increase during the reaction are very low, which leads to a high load on the reaction furnace.
