For transporting toluene and propylene, what type and material of pump are suitable? Are there any manufacturers recommending PTFE? Are there any recommendations for metal materials as well? It’s chaotic. . .

A fluorine pump can be used; some modifications to the sealing materials will suffice.
Generally, chemical centrifugal pumps lined with fluoropolymer are used; if higher safety standards are required, shielded pumps or magnetic drive pumps are a better choice.
Both shielded pumps and centrifugal pumps made of pure metal can be used. Centrifugal pumps made of pure metal come equipped with a double-seal mechanical seal as well as a sealing and flushing system; they are also relatively expensive~
