Health and occupational hygiene lack popularity

Since most of our technical staff have limited knowledge on this topic, and it is not a priority for them, their enthusiasm for getting involved in this area is low. It is recommended to recruit some individuals who are knowledgeable in occupational health to help spread awareness and teach basic knowledge, thereby addressing some of the fundamental issues faced by the company. I also started to seriously study these standards in this area only last year, giving lectures and preparing lessons; I can also participate in some discussions and provide evaluations.
