Under normal operating conditions of the purification process, this generally does not result in excessive smoke being emitted from the exhaust gases ; As the furnace operation fluctuates, the entire system fluctuates as well; additional operations performed subsequently disrupt the systematic stability ; Or the additional operations are not carried out properly; under the influence of various factors, a slight carelessness can lead to excessive smoke being emitted from the exhaust. Check whether the moisture level at the outlet of the drying tower (if it is a fan located behind the tower, then check the fan’s outlet) fluctuates or exceeds the specified limits; this directly affects the exhaust gases. Heavy smoke from the exhaust is also clearly related to the efficiency of absorption by the dry cleaner; if the absorption is poor, it will show up in the exhaust fumes.
