Why can’t AutoCAD be displayed on two screens?

Why can’t my AutoCAD 2007 be used in dual-screen mode? It took a long time before I understood it. Software such as Word and Excel can be displayed on two screens, meaning that Word or Excel documents can be shown on both Screen 1 and Screen 2 simultaneously. My CAD programs, however, cannot display multiple items at the same time. For example, when two CAD documents are opened simultaneously and something is dragged from Screen 1 to Screen 2, it can only be displayed on Screen 2 as well. How can CAD documents be displayed on screens 1 and 2 at the same time?

For desktop shortcuts, create a new empty CAD target file and drag it in
