Dear sea friends, let’s discuss the relationship between the rotation speed of the urea granulator and the overflow
The speed of rotation is directly related to the particle size; if the speed of the nozzle used for evaporation-based granulation or when a load is applied is not adjusted in a timely manner, overflow from the nozzle may occur.
Too high a rotation speed can cause tower sticking, while too low a rotation speed can lead to arm binding.
High speed leads to viscous tower; low speed causes overflow
