Non-destructive testing of welds on site

For pressure vessels subjected to local non-destructive testing, is 100% non-destructive testing required for all welds on-site, or only for those in specific areas? Where are such requirements specified?
There are no different requirements; the on-site welding of pressure vessels is the same as manufacturing them in a factory.
The proportion of flaw detection using on-site testing equipment is determined according to the drawings; the figure indicated is 20%, and this applies both at the site and within the manufacturing facility – it remains 20% in all cases.
Designers can increase the proportions on their own
We’re at the site now; it will be whatever the customer says~~~ It depends on who’s paying. . The word “money””
