It is recommended to optimize the search function and not delete previously good materials.

In order to obtain the materials I wanted, I posted messages, replied to others’ posts, and shared some of the materials I had collected on Haichuan. By helping others, I was also able to improve my own skills. But these days, it seems that fewer people are discussing issues on Haichuan. Moreover, after Haichuan changed its search function, it has become very difficult to find information; for example, when trying to search for a set of operating procedures, it’s hard to come across useful information. The previous search system had advanced options, allowing one to quickly find the desired information through advanced searches. I hope something can be done to improve the search engine. Many of my colleagues used to log in to Haichuan at work, and many of them were moderators. Sometimes, when we talked about Haichuan, we would feel frustrated because many useful materials used to be available there, but they’re no longer there, and it’s difficult to find information now. As a result, many colleagues have stopped logging in to Haichuan for a long time now. I sincerely hope that all fellow sailors, moderators, and website administrators can discuss the possibility of improving the search function, so that the good materials from before are not deleted.
Nothing has been deleted. As spring arrives, popularity will gradually increase, as it does every year. Use the search function; there’s an attachment center available – just search for the name of the attachment you’re looking for. Additionally, the general search function will also be upgraded
Actually, I think it’s still the issue of the post title not matching the content. For example, when multiple standards are mentioned in one post, how should this issue be resolved? I urgently need experts to help. . . If you don’t click on the post, you have no way of knowing what’s inside it. It is recommended to standardize post titles.
