The specific approach is as follows: First, one must adopt a perspective centered on \"overall safety,\" establishing a concept of meticulous management that emphasizes \"absolute certainty and zero tolerance for errors.\" Both in terms of mindset and action, it is necessary to prioritize two things: first, having a clear understanding, and second, taking timely action. Establish a regular operational mechanism that facilitates professional training and strengthens management in order to effectively prevent accidents. On the basis of safety, controllability, and manageability, emphasis is placed on acting early, achieving early control and preventive measures; penalties are applied not after the fact, and it is even less acceptable to try to fix things after the damage has already been done. II. Regarding the word “send,” it is necessary to emphasize speed and accuracy; different situations should be considered and treated accordingly. It is necessary to identify the key issues based on an accurate diagnosis, determine the right direction, swiftly activate emergency plans, and take precise action to eliminate any signs of accidents. After mastering this aspect, one must gain insights and understandings; it is necessary to approach things from a spiritual perspective and take action from that standpoint.
