Is it normal for ATV61 to have an unstable output frequency while in operation (for example, if set to 17Hz, the value fluctuates between 17.2, 17.3, and 16.9)? Additionally, the no-load voltage measured is over 800 volts.
Is the frequency signal sent to the inverter 4-20mA? It is likely to be a slight frequency fluctuation caused by interference. Also, where was the over 800V voltage you mentioned measured? Which voltage are you referring to?
The value set by the resistor also fluctuates (I have remote control and local control); the voltage is measured at the motor output when the frequency is adjusted to a certain value (by removing the cable connected to the motor).
Are you using manual control or PID control? If it’s PID control, then the PID parameters haven’t been set properly.
