To build a new chemical plant with an investment of 110 million, what kind of qualifications should a chemical supervision company have? Do we need a supervisor with expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering?
A supervision company with Class A qualifications is required; those with prior experience in similar types of installations are given priority. Registered supervision engineers in fields such as mechanical and electrical engineering, instrumentation, process engineering, and civil engineering are also needed. A supervision team is needed; supervised teams that are merely nominal or made up of individual workers will not do.
