Acceptance criteria for high-pressure water gun cleaning

Experts, are there any acceptance criteria for cleaning heat exchangers using a water gun? I’ve checked many standards, but they all only mention it briefly; I earnestly ask experts to share their experience

Note: Other types of scale refer to all types of scale other than carbonates, sulfates, silicates, rust scale, and oil scale, such as carbon deposit scale, polymer deposits, and material deposits.

It is possible to see through to the other side from this end of the pipe (it may not be possible to see through if the heat exchanger is too long). I selected a few samples from the site for testing; the water did not contain any impurities. I’m also looking for standard acceptance criteria :)
