When a vehicle is in motion, a person should stay still; if a vehicle sees a person, it should stop. 6. System startup operation: The valve status must be correct, interlock functions must be properly tested, instrument parameters must be normal, and maintenance work must be completed; otherwise, the system shall not be started. 7. Maintenance operations: No maintenance during operation; power must be cut off for maintenance; a sign must be placed after power is cut off. 8. Venting of flammable gases during thunderstorms: During thunderstorms, venting should be carried out under inert gas protection; venting is not allowed without such protection. 9. Maintenance work on pressure vessels and pipelines: No work shall be carried out under pressure; pressure must be released before any work is done. 10. Handling of combustible gas (hydrogen) leaks: Eliminate static electricity; do not work with mobile phones, otherwise work shall not be carried out.
