The stability of the liquid level at the bottom of the tower is an important condition for ensuring the stable and balanced operation of the distillation tower. Only when the liquid level at the bottom of the tower is stable can heat transfer at that location be stable, and as a result, the temperature at the bottom of the tower, the amount of steam rising inside the tower, and the composition of the liquid at the bottom of the tower can also remain stable, thereby ensuring the proper operation of the tower. Adjustment: ① When the pressure remains constant, reducing the temperature of the reactor changes the equilibrium composition of the vapor-liquid mixture at the bottom of the tower. If the volume of the bottom liquid is high, an unchanged production rate will also lead to an increase in the bottom liquid. In such cases, the bottom temperature should first be restored to normal. ②As the feed rate increases, the discharge volume of the bottom liquid should increase accordingly; otherwise, the liquid level will rise. ③If the control valve fails, manual adjustment or bypass adjustment should be used, while contacting the instrumentation team for handling. ④Under normal circumstances, the liquid level at the bottom of the tower is controlled by the discharge volume of the tank liquid.
