Two offers – which one should I choose?

2 years of experience in chemical pipeline design. Currently, I have two job offers: one from a private company, where the tasks involve developing water treatment solutions, preparing bidding documents, and drawing construction drawings; the salary is 7,000 per month, with project-based bonuses (it is said that these bonuses are substantial, at least 20,000–30,000). There are hardly any benefits, and social insurance is paid according to Shanghai’s minimum standards； The other position is with a foreign company that deals with pipeline design in the power industry; the salary is 6000 + 500 (bonus) = 6500 per month. There are project bonuses (the amount is unknown, but it’s likely not much), as well as various benefits, with social insurance contributions made in accordance with **standard rates. Which one should I go to?
