A good quality air valve consists of a mesh-shaped valve disc made of PEEK material; it is produced in Wenzhou. Talking too much about its origin might be considered advertising. The 3D22 nitrogen-hydrogen compressor manufactured by Shanghai Dalong has an inlet pressure of 26 KG and an outlet pressure of 315 KG. The longest recorded usage time was 18 months for the valves on both the inlet and outlet sides – 8 valves in total. For the valves on the secondary side, the usage time was also 18 months; there were 4 such valves. As for the valves on the tertiary side, the usage time was likewise 18 months – 2 valves in total. In all these cases, the valves needed to be replaced due to damage caused by prolonged use, specifically related to the springs and valve discs. Basically, as long as there are no foreign objects blocking the valve discs or damaging the valve seats, the reliability of operation remains quite high. The specific user is my former employer, Hubei Shuanghuan. There, there are 5 3D22 nitrogen-hydrogen compressors, and their performance is quite good.
