Regarding the issue of certified retraining

I have a question for fellow maritime professionals: I passed the professional examination for registration in 2013, but I haven’t completed the formal registration process yet. Do I still need to attend the training sessions that are held every three years? Or is there some other department that I should turn to for this matter? Thank you
