It’s originally a hot oil tank, so there’s nothing special to pay attention to when filling an empty tank with hot oil. Conversely, when using a hot can to collect cold oil, care must be taken not to let the can collapse. It would also be fine to turn on the heater first to raise the temperature of the storage tank, and to open the light-transmitting holes to prevent the air from expanding suddenly due to heating. However, it’s generally not a big problem to control the initial flow rate.
Open the light-transmitting holes and breathing valves. Also, once the temperature of the storage tank rises, tighten the bolts of the valves, manholes, and observation holes to prevent leaks, as it will be difficult to deal with leaks if they occur
Check whether all instruments are powered on and in use, whether the heating facilities are in good condition, whether the manholes have been properly sealed, whether the dehydration valves are closed, control the flow rate properly, steam must not be used, and after oil collection for a period of time, the relevant bolts should be tightened while they are still hot, etc
There must be absolutely no water in the tank; otherwise, boiling and overflow will occur when oil is poured in.
