With L/L-CNG added to the storage tanks, how can the safety distance from the existing oil tanks be maintained?

Originally, a three-level gas station was designed (with a 50-m-high high-voltage tower in front of it; a two-level structure would not provide sufficient safety distance). It has not been built yet, but the oil tanks have been prepared and buried underground. Now L/L-CNG refueling is being added; we want to install a 60 m³ LNG semi-underground storage tank in the bedroom area, but this would result in a station of the second type, for which the existing safety distances from oil tanks are insufficient. Am I thinking this correctly, or should we not worry about the existing oil tank since it has already been registered once? Should we focus mainly on adding a gas system now?
This doesn’t seem plausible; since it’s a renovation and expansion project, the safety distance is insufficient, and it’s likely to fail the safety review.
It should still be calculated together.
