What are the requirements for ammonia content in the inlet gas of low-temperature methanol washing?
It should be different processes with varying specifications; the specification for low-temperature methanol washing in the coal pulverization pressurized gasification system at our Second Chemical Research Institute is less than 20 ppm
The shift gas in our process must pass through an ammonia scrubber, so that its ammonia content is less than 1 ppm
The lower, the better; ammonia will continue to accumulate in the system, and it is generally required to be less than 1 ppm
The better, the more likely there will be an ammonia scrubber tower. The tower outlet is kept below 1 ppm; if it rises, the flow rate of the washing water is increased.
