Quality inspection provides a basis for production adjustments and helps determine whether the product quality meets the required standards. Test and analysis data must be promptly submitted to the relevant production workshops as well as the quality management departments. These departments use the data to evaluate each production workshop. The key to quality control management lies in timely detection, prompt adjustments, and proper evaluation; by doing so, product quality can be well controlled

The two should be in a subordinate relationship. What is tested includes products, intermediates, raw materials, as well as other aspects; quality management, on the other hand, encompasses resource provision, product realization, measurement and analysis, improvement, and so on.

Reply to 1# llyy0327: Our company is a manufacturer of hazardous chemicals; we produce a limited range of products, and the intermediate products are transported through pipelines during production. The main aspects of quality management include the establishment of product quality standards and the supervision of their implementation； Collection and implementation of raw material quality standards ； Analysis, feedback, and handling of routine complaints ； Revision of internal control indicators and supervision of their implementation ； Implementation of QC activities ； Selection of product outer packaging bags and label management ； Quality system certification and so on. Our company does not use the term “quality inspection”; in my understanding, it refers to quality analysis and product quality testing. For our company, there are specialized analysis laboratories that examine the performance parameters of products, and there are dedicated personnel responsible for checking the quality of outer packaging as well as ensuring that the weight of bags meets the required standards. There are also corresponding quality criteria and evaluation rules in place.
Only with proper management can testing be carried out; therefore, management needs to be strengthened in order to improve the level of testing!
