The four valves are interlocked, allowing only one to be opened at a time! How to draw a logic diagram? ?
Your logic is similar to the first report of an alarm. Use the open-loop feedback from the valve or the output of the RS flip-flop to feed into the OR gate at the S terminal of the flip-flop; the output of this OR gate must be inverted.
RS output interlocking is good; valve feedback can be inaccurate sometimes.
