Selection of equipment for removing oil from residual ammonia water!

Dear colleagues: Due to the excessively high COD level of the residual ammonia water in our plant (over 10,000), we are considering modifying the equipment used for removing oil from the ammonia water. Currently, ceramic filters are in use, but perhaps due to factors such as the temperature during coking processes, the ammonia water before and after the ammonia distillation tower contains a significant amount of oil that is difficult to filter out. Initially, no visible oil layer was present when samples were taken using glass bottles; however, after several hours of standing, visible clusters of oil droplets appeared. May I ask: Would adding an air flotation oil removal unit solve this problem? If possible, which device offers the best performance? How much does a complete set of equipment cost?
