Our facility has 2 compressors operating simultaneously, and each one is equipped with a check valve. The compressors are of the D model. The problem is that the check valves break down frequently. We used vertical-type check valves, the kind used in bedrooms; they broke after about a week of use. Later, we switched to vertical-type check valves, and the performance was slightly better, but they still broke after a little over a month. I would like to ask if anyone has any good suggestions for dealing with this frequent failure of the check valves. When the vertical-type check valves were used, one compressor worked fine, but problems arose when both compressors were in operation. Even with the vertical-type check valves, there was often noise when just one compressor was running. Could this be related to the spring in the check valve – perhaps its elasticity is too high? It’s also possible that the exhaust volume is insufficient. I hope experts can suggest ways to resolve this issue. The check valves keep opening and closing frequently, and there is a lot of noise; they break down after a short time of use

No, they are used separately on two different units; they are not shared. Each unit has a check valve at its outlet
What does a valve-type check valve look like? Is it similar in appearance to a pressure valve?
We previously used V-type compressors; those were installed in a horizontal configuration, and there were no problems – the noise level wasn’t high. But when we switched to D-type compressors, it didn’t work well. The check valve had to be installed in a vertical position, and as a result the performance was poor, with excessive noise. In the past, such compressors would break after just a few days of use
Is the compressor outlet pressure the same? How can it keep turning on and off? Is the gas supply unstable? Generally, compressor units are equipped with a relief valve. If the check valve operates frequently, the relief valve may not be able to keep up. If there is a relief valve, try adjusting the PID settings
The outlet pressure of the compressors is the same; they are all connected to the same intake pipeline. Is it related to the stroke length of this D-type compressor? The previous V-type compressors had a double stroke. Also, what exactly is this relief valve you mentioned? Where is it installed and what is its function?
