Computer specifications for running ASPEN v8.6

What is the computer configuration that software experts use to run ASPEN v8.6? I would be even more grateful if there are any recommended computer models; the budget cannot exceed 7K. Thank you for this
The current standard configurations can all function, with just higher configurations resulting in faster speeds
The main concern is that if I buy it and can’t install V8.6, it will be a disaster
It’s fine; an i5 processor with 4GB of RAM will work just fine. I’m using Windows 7; I haven’t tried versions higher than Windows 8
Window 10 is working properly; I’ve tested it myself.
This software should work on normal XP systems; the system requirements are not very high
A regular computer will do; V8.8 is what needs to be installed
