Three years after graduating, how should I define myself and where should I go from here?

I graduated from an industrial university in 2013; I didn’t want to stay in a big city, so I returned to my hometown, a small town in the third tier of cities. There, I found a chemical plant where I worked as a shift worker for three years. Now I’m not sure whether I should continue working there I’m quite confused; I don’t really like my job, nor do I hate it – it seems like I’m just going through the days to make money. I hope everyone can share their opinions; thanks! !
How much have you learned over these years, what experience do you have, and what can you do~~~ These are very important! Of course, if you’re willing, it’s still not too late to choose a different industry
It has been clearly explained upstairs. Feeling lost means you’re not ready; an undergraduate working shifts for three years with no progress should reflect on themselves carefully.

In three years, one should consider moving towards becoming a team leader or workshop supervisor, right? It depends on whether you’re willing to do it. Or move in the direction of the technical department, suggesting measures for technological improvements and things like that.
