For valves that are all gate valves, as long as the pressure and nominal diameter are the same, are the flange spacing and the center-to-center distance of the holes necessarily the same?
The eye distance is determined by factors such as the nominal diameter and nominal pressure; valves of the same specification can be installed, and the length of the valve is adjusted using rectangular tubes
If standards are followed, everything should be the same: the center distance between the flange holes, the number of bolts, and the hole diameter. However, the L-length of the valve may not be the same
Valves come in different lengths, but no one would be that silly as to make one longer than necessary for you
The flange is the same as D:D:D
Check whether the standards applied to the valve length are consistent
The distance between the eye and the center is the same, but the distance from a single flange is not necessarily the same
It’s hard to say; it depends on whether the national standards or the standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry are used for production, as products made under these two sets of standards differ
This also needs to take temperature into account. Valves produced by different manufacturers may not have the same dimensions.
