The two high-pressure plate-fin heat exchangers developed by this company, with a design pressure of 12.8 MPa, have recently completed their final pressure tests; the hydrostatic test pressure reached 16.7 MPa. This breakthrough breaks the technical monopoly held by foreign companies in the field of high-pressure plate-fin heat exchangers of 10 MPa and above, laying a solid foundation for the domestic production of such heat exchangers. 　　During the nearly two-year development process, the innovation team at Hangzhou Oxygen Generator Group Co., Ltd. conducted numerous experiments, and pursued effective international cooperation as well as integration of industry, academia, and research. Innovations and breakthroughs were achieved in various processes and technologies, including material control techniques, mold forming techniques, the development of high-pressure fins and efficient, low-resistance corrugated fins, cleaning processes, assembly processes, and vacuum brazing techniques; multiple invention patents were also obtained as a result.
