Where does the main cable from the instrument junction box go after entering the control room?

Newbie seeking help: I want to know where the main cable connects once it enters the control room. The branch cables and the shielding wire of the main cable need to be connected together, and ultimately connected to the working ground terminal on the control room side. Does this mean that the main cable is connected to the working ground terminal?
The cable is properly connected; it’s just for shielding grounding
The main shield and the sub-shields are woven together, the open ends are sealed, they are connected to the copper plates located beneath the enclosure, and finally, a grounding wire is used to connect them to the main copper bar under the anti-static floor. Theoretically, there is a distinction between working areas and protected areas, but in practice many of them are interconnected, so it doesn’t really matter.
The shielding wires of the main cable and the branch cables can be connected together and then attached to a shielding copper bar, which is in turn connected to the working ground via a cable of appropriate gauge.
